The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role is designed to prepare you for a future Store Manager position at CVS. The program lasts 16 weeks and includes virtual and hands-on training to develop your leadership skills. Support is provided by your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
