Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Bakersfield, CA. You will lead all aspects of the store, drive exceptional customer experiences, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring operational excellence.

Reporting to the District/Area Manager, you will own sales performance, product launches, and visual presentation to reflect POP MART's distinctive brand. The role requires building a culture of high standards, coaching leaders, and managing daily operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and metrics.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
• Own store KPIs: sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and coach teams to do the same.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory, shipments, replenishment, and store cleanliness.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies and seasonal floor sets to reflect POP MART's premium brand.
• Support events, store openings, and community engagements to grow brand awareness.
