You will partner with the Store Manager to execute campaigns, support onboarding, and foster a customer-first culture that aligns with POP MART’s premium brand and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing staff.
• Strong customer service mindset and sales focus must-have.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads through coaching and recognition.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor and set engagement standards.
• Analyze sales results to improve performance and drive KPIs.
• Oversee store operations, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Execute visual merchandising and inventory plans following planograms.
• Represent POP MART brand at events and community activities.
