Burlington Stores in Dallas is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uphold our values of trust, respect and integrity.

You will mentor a team, partner with departments, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and ensure world-class customer service and merchandising excellence across the store. This role requires flexible scheduling and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement policies and initiatives.
• Ensure team fulfills individual responsibilities and delivers high-quality customer service.
• Coordinate merchandising, promotions and pricing with the Merchandising team.
• Oversee receiving, transfers, RTVs, and inventory accuracy with Operations.
• Lead by example as Manager on Duty and manage multi-million-dollar sales and expenses.
• Recruit, onboard, and train associates; provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Manage payroll budgeting, scheduling, and labor optimization.
• Foster effective communication across store, district and regional teams.
