You will hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team, set goals, manage performance, and may oversee multiple store locations to achieve business results.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years related experience in retail, customer service and/or financial services.
• Supervisory, leadership and coaching experience required.
• 4+ years proven business development skills.
• 4+ years proven leadership and coaching experience.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience required.
• Knowledge of Bank product lines and store operations and security.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Notary License (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Develops and leads growth and profitability of the Consumer Business through store portfolio management.
• Leads, coaches and motivates the Store team to deliver legendary Employee and Customer Experience.
• Deepens customer relationships and referrals to meet customer needs.
• Acts as peer mentor to developing store managers.
• Manages multiple store locations and/or complex customer base if required.
• Originates loan applications, handles Conditions of Lending and conducts loan closings.
• Maintains active NMLS registration.
• Ensures risk controls and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Provides coaching and guidance to colleagues within area of expertise.
