FedEx Office and Print Services is seeking a Store Manager I/II to oversee daily operations at a low to moderate complexity store in Richmond, TX. The role emphasizes coaching a small team, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional FedEx Office customer experience.

The candidate will learn to manage operations, financials, scheduling, and compliance while building strong customer relationships and a high-performing team. This position offers growth toward higher volume stores and larger teams.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or some college preferred.
• High school degree or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience, prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.
• For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria per Team Member Handbook.

Responsabilités

• Understand and model FedEx Office values to customers and team members.
• Coach and teach your team and ensure they have tools and information to support company goals.
• Regularly work with supervisor to create solutions for business, complex customers, host partnerships and commercial sales.
• Ensure an exceptional store experience that engages and retains customers and team members and supports the FedEx brand experience.
• Use FedEx Office tools to select, train, develop, retain and performance manage your direct reports.
• Interact with your supervisor to seek guidance, coaching and direction for successful running of your business.
• Understand and execute all operational and store sales activities to exceed targets.
• Accomplish daily duties including accounts receivable, inventory reports, daily sales recaps and bank deposits.
• Take active ownership of store controls including SOPs, financials, safety, security, scheduling and compliance with laws and system.
• Utilize Quality Improvement tools to improve the business, share ideas and continue to innovate.
• Be flexible with your schedule - hours based on business needs and store hours.
