Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Store Manager I or II to oversee store operations and develop supervisory skills in a low or lower complexity store. You will own business in driving sales, delivering Purple Promise service, and achieving operational excellence.

You will learn to manage daily duties, financials, safety, and scheduling while building a high-performing team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or some college preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of related experience (retail, service, hospitality, military) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Understand and model FedEx Office values to customers and team members.
• Coach and teach your team and ensure tools/information are available to support goals.
• Work with supervisor to develop solutions for core customers and commercial sales.
• Ensure an exceptional store experience that engages customers and supports the FedEx brand.
• Manage direct reports with training, development, and performance management.
• Communicate with supervisor for guidance and escalation as needed.
