Job summary

Chip City is seeking a Store Manager in New York to lead daily bakery operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and coach a Cookie Crew. You will manage staffing, inventory, and safety while upholding brand standards and hospitality.

This role requires hands-on leadership, clear communication, and the ability to drive sales in a busy environment. You will partner with the Multi Unit Manager to ensure smooth operations, safe food handling, and engaging customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or similar environment
• Excellent leadership and coaching abilities with a customer-first mindset
• Clear, friendly, confident communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and basic reporting tools
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-first mindset and ensure warm, memorable guest interactions
• Oversee daily store operations with smooth opening, midday, and closing routines
• Execute marketing initiatives, loyalty promotions, and flavor launches to drive sales
• Build effective weekly schedules and manage callouts to maintain coverage
• Oversee inventory, ordering, stock rotation, and waste control
• Maintain clean, safe bakery environment and uphold brand standards
