Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills, motivates, coaches, and leads by example.
• Excellent communication skills, clear, friendly, confident, and solution oriented.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience and uphold hospitality standards across in-store, pickup, and delivery.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening, midday, and closing routines.
• Track KPIs and drive improvements in sales and service.
• Build weekly schedules balancing labor needs and business demands.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and waste control.
• Communicate clearly with the Multi Unit Manager and team while upholding brand standards.
