The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, clear communication, teamwork, and maintaining Chip City’s brand standards across in‑store, pickup, and delivery touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced retail/food environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong focus on customer experience and service quality.
• Experience managing schedule planning and labor costs.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer‑first mindset to ensure warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening, mid‑day, and closing routines.
• Drive sales through marketing initiatives, loyalty programs, and flavor launches.
• Create weekly staff schedules and manage callouts to maintain service levels.
• Oversee inventory, stock rotation, and waste control; ensure equipment is maintained.
• Communicate clearly with the Multi Unit Manager and uphold policies and brand standards.
