• Willingness to complete firearm CBC training if facility sells firearms where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Directs and develops a management team and hourly associates in facility operations, merchandising, and company direction.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, safety and asset protection while driving store performance.
• Drive sales and profitability through budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls; lead continuous process improvements.
