Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience in a big-box or specialty environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of store leadership and associates to execute store standards.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing with merchandising.
• Oversee receiving, transfers, RTVs, and returns-to-vendor for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; uphold Burlington SOPs and customer service excellence.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expenses; review reporting and budgets.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach team members; provide ongoing coaching.
• Oversee payroll budgeting and scheduling; ensure effective workforce management.
