Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination.
• OR 4 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training requirements apply.
• Associates will be required to attend all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Directs facility operations, merchandising and company direction with a strategic vision.
• Oversees asset protection, safety controls and compliance programs.
• Leads community outreach and external partnerships.
• Drives sales and manages budgets, forecasting and margins.
• Develops and implements training and succession plans through the Academy program.
