Responsibilities include coaching staff, analyzing store metrics, and delivering exceptional customer service at the registers and service desks. This role requires leadership and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Two or more years in store operations or assistant store management.
• Ability to supervise and motivate Associates.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• English fluency required.
