Uniform Advantage Brands is seeking a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager in the Kansas City area. You will lead store operations, coach staff, and drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes building relationships with customers, managing daily tasks, and supporting loss prevention and budget goals. This position is onsite with local travel to key accounts.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and prompt follow-through.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple customers and projects.
• Windows familiarity; POS training will be provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel knowledge a plus.
• Able to work opening or closing shifts.
• Criminal background check completed and valid driver's license.
• Active auto insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Go above and beyond to serve the customer
• Be a terrific team leader: motivate, coach and mentor, set and communicate goals, recognize great work and ways to improve – always with fairness and consistency
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure sales goals are met
• Keep up with the day-to-day: managing employees, and keeping the store clean and stocked
• Assist with keeping an eye on the bottom line: control expenses and follow Loss Prevention directives
• Identify and communicate business concerns to Store Manager and be an active problem solver
• Travel locally to visit key accounts, find new customers and make bank deposits
