Uniform Advantage Brands in Wichita, KS is seeking a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales. You will coach staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage inventory, opening/closing shifts, and loss prevention.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong organization, and proficiency with Windows/Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check are required. Full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel is a plus.
• Good multitasking and customer service focus.
• Willingness to work opening or closing shifts.
• Criminal background check and valid driver’s license required.
• Typing speed of 40+ wpm if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Go above and beyond to serve the customer
• Be a terrific team leader: motivate, coach and mentor, set and communicate goals, recognize great work and ways to improve – always with fairness and consistency
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure sales goals are met
• Keep up with the day-to-day: managing employees, and keeping the store clean and stocked
• Assist with keeping an eye on the bottom line: control expenses and follow Loss Prevention directives
• Identify and communicate business concerns to Store Manager and be an active problem solver
• Travel locally to visit key accounts, find new customers and make bank deposits
