Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in a multiunit capacity and manage store operations.
• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, assist with gaming needs, promote promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and effective merchandising.
• Process guest purchases/returns accurately using POS.
• Recruit, interview, hire, develop, and retain associates.
• Ensure onboarding, training, and compliance before shifts.
• Schedule staff, manage payroll, and timekeeping.
• Oversee inventory, shipments, and loss prevention.
• Lead team to meet sales, profit, and shrink goals.
