Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in a multiunit capacity and manage store operations.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service to drive satisfaction.
• Promote promotions, loyalty programs, and sales initiatives.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop associates.
• Ensure onboarding and training prior to opening/closing shifts.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll and breaks.
• Maintain clean, organized, merchandised store per guidelines.
• Oversee Omni-Channel orders and inventory control.
• Protect assets through loss prevention and accurate banking.
