Job summary

GameStop is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Missouri to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and guest service. You will supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders, promote loyalty programs, and ensure a clean, engaging shopping environment.

Responsibilities include training staff, processing transactions, and driving sales while adhering to company policies and loss-prevention practices. Prior retail management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further degree in business or related field preferred.
• 6+ months retail management experience preferred.
• 2+ years in retail sales/guest service/management preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Assist the Store Manager in scheduling and training store associates.
• Supervise Sales Associates in the absence of Store Manager.
• Process transactions accurately using POS and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support Omni-Channel orders fulfillment and in-store merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and inventory control.
