The Store Manager will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with policies, loss prevention, and safety standards while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and multiunit capacity as needed.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote loyalty programs.
• Oversee inventory, POS transactions, and bank deposits.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and associate development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
