Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Store Manager responsible for all facets of store operations and driving guest-focused selling culture. You will lead a retail team, optimize the shopping environment, and promote loyalty programs while ensuring excellent guest service and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and performance across the team.

Qualifications

Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead store operations and a retail staff, possibly across multiple units.
Provide best-in-class guest service and promote selling behaviors during every transaction.
Oversee store environment and promotional initiatives to drive sales and guest loyalty.
Manage payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping with accuracy.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and loss prevention practices.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and inventory accuracy.
