Job summary

GameStop Corp. seeks a Store Manager to oversee operations, drive sales, and lead a retail team across store initiatives. You will ensure excellent guest service, manage schedules, payroll, and inventory, and promote company programs like Pro Rewards and reservations.

You will build a high‑performing team, uphold loss prevention practices, and provide coaching to associates to meet performance goals in a fast‑paced gaming retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service and greeting of guests.
• Promote and execute store initiatives, including Omni‑Channel orders and loyalty programs.
• Schedule, supervise, and develop Store Associates and other staff; manage payroll and attendance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, loss prevention practices, and store cleanliness.
