Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead your store team toward sales and service excellence through proactive coaching and operations focus. You will recruit, hire, and train staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience and to meet company standards.

You will inspire the team to perform at their best, execute growth initiatives, and maintain an engaging, inclusive store environment while upholding brand standards across daily operations and customer interactions.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3-years’ experience leading, managing, and developing retail teams.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Recruit, hire, and train store staff to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Set clear performance expectations and coach staff to meet standards.
• Communicate priorities and sales-driving information to maximize opportunities.
• Develop game plans and follow up on execution to drive consistent results.
• Partner with Regional Manager to address performance issues and create improvement plans.
• Ensure proper staffing and scheduling to support initiatives and brand standards.
• Maintain compliance with company directives and store programs.
