You will recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams while ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational excellence across the store. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-years of experience leading, managing, and developing retail teams.
• Creative with good judgement and pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Leads store staff in meeting sales, service, and operational expectations.
• Sets clear performance expectations and trains staff to meet company standards.
• Models company values and coaches the team actively.
• Communicates priorities and sales driving information to maximize opportunities.
• Guides team to identify and implement changes to improve productivity.
• Leads in recruiting for store and fosters an inclusive environment.
• Achieves store business plans for sales, service, and operations.
• Develops game plans and follows up on execution to maximize sales.
• Uses store reports to inform decisions and drive performance.
• Participates in business outreach and channels leads to appropriate teams.
• Identifies opportunities and partners with leadership to address issues.
• Ensures schedule accuracy and proper staffing for initiatives and coverage.
• Ensures staff is trained on internal operations and stays aligned with directives.
• Implements programs to increase efficiencies in sales, service, and branding.
• Creates an engaged, inclusive store culture and a learning environment.
• Serves as a role model and maintains regular store meetings.
