Qualifications

• Retail, sales or tire and automotive industries experience including leadership, business management, financial, and/or mechanical experience.
• Ability to obtain the state Motor Vehicle Inspection license within one year of hire.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to lead team meetings.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate store operations including sales, office, shop and management.
• Ensure opening/closing of location according to hours.
• Promote sales by explaining benefits of services and products to customers.
• Perform vehicle inspections and promote needed products and services.
• Staff the store with adequate personnel and implement training programs.
• Supervise employees, provide direction, training and performance evaluations.
• Handle escalated customer issues and review safety and store procedures.
• Conduct weekly store meetings to review policies and product changes.
• Recommend and implement merchandising, advertising, and promotions to increase sales.
• Set goals to achieve budgeted sales, gross profit, and payroll objectives.
• Review financial statements and payroll projections.
