• Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead weekly store meetings on safety, policies, and product updates.
• Implement merchandising, advertising, and promotions to drive sales.
• Manage budgeted goals, gross profit, expenses, and payroll objectives.
• Review financials and reconcile accounts; manage AP/AR and cash handling.
