Job summary

Gorjana is seeking a Store Manager for our Fillmore Street location in San Francisco. You will drive the store's performance, coach the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards. You will lead recruiting, training, and daily operations to execute on our store goals.

You should be adaptable, highly organized, and comfortable leading with a collaborative style. This role requires availability for full-time hours, with nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in a retail leadership position.
• Ability to recruit and develop internal and external talent.
• Strong focus on brand standards and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance and KPIs daily.
• Coach and develop team through onboarding and training.
• Lead brand standards, visuals, and store operations.
• Schedule staff to meet business needs and budget.
• Manage inventory per SOPs and oversee open/close duties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and clienteling.
