Job summary

Vitality Bowls in San Ramon, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uphold our health-minded, customer-first brand. You will supervise the shift team, manage performance, and ensure food safety and quality across prep and service.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, 36+ hours weekly including mornings/nights/weekends, and POS software proficiency. Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisor experience.
• Available to work a minimum of 36 hours per week and all day-parts including mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Proficiency with POS software and emails.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend and regularly lift 40 pounds.
• Restaurant or food experience preferred.
• Has a food safety certification or is willing to become food safety certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift-level operations, grow sales, manage financials.
• Lead and manage staff, onboarding, scheduling, performance feedback.
• Ensure labor laws and food safety policies are followed.
• Maintain customer service standards and product knowledge.
• Manage store inventory, orders, deposits, and marketing program.
