Job summary

Millcraft is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales growth, and manage a small team in a fast-paced environment. You will engage with customers, process quotes and orders, and ensure excellent service while maintaining inventory and safety standards.

You will leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and MS Office to optimize ordering, reporting, and customer interactions, while coaching staff and upholding Millcraft’s core values in every action and decision.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business, marketing or communications preferred.
• 3-5 years of managerial or supervisory experience in retail/wholesale.
• Experience with paper, packaging, or related supply chains is beneficial.
• Proficiency with technology and MS Office; Dynamics 365 is advantageous.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, staffing, and service delivery.
• Manage quotations, orders, changes, cancellations, and lead times via in-person, phone, email, and ecommerce.
• Cultivate customer relationships and represent Millcraft in interactions.
• Use ERP (Dynamics 365) to enter orders and manage inventory priorities.
• Conduct sales calls and implement growth strategies to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and vendors to maintain inventory levels.
• Support Accounts Receivable and credit activities with Finance/Accounting.
• Manage store personnel, time and attendance using ADP system.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Uphold Millcraft core values in day-to-day work.
