Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.
• Lead the leadership training program and contribute to store performance improvements.
