Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda Express store and drive guest satisfaction and financial results. You will recruit, coach, and direct associates while delivering the company’s standards and values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store and directing associates to achieve goals.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in store leadership training programs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards.
