Job summary

Acima is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our retail partner stores. You will drive revenue, manage staff, and enhance customer service while aligning with Acima's leasing solutions.

Salary is $41,040–$49,761 plus potential bonus, with monthly payout, and opportunities for advancement within the Acima payroll framework. The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven track record of success in retail sales management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of all store coworkers on a day-to-day basis.
• Motivate, coach, and counsel Acima store coworkers including holding coworkers accountable for performing duties and following company policies.
• Establish partnerships with store personnel to generate referrals and educate them on the rental and lease process.
• Train, supervise, and assess coworkers' dedication to exceptional customer service.
• Oversee sales and account operations and guide customer interactions on leasing options and terms.
