Job summary

Acima Store Manager leads daily store operations at a partner location, drives revenue, and develops coworkers for long-term success. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.

You will foster partnerships with store personnel to generate referrals, oversee leasing processes, and communicate Acima's accessible lease-to-own options to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
