Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Build a talent pipeline through networking and recruiting.
• Develop succession plans by training and developing your team.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment for employees to collaborate and recognize performance to increase employee engagement.
• Grow leaders through providing direction, delegation, and investing in their development.
• Lead and direct the Leader on Duty program to create a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Build customer loyalty through coaching on benefits of loyalty programs, including credit.
• Execute company direction on merchandising and operations.
• Manage payroll and budgets.
• Analyze KPIs to drive results and identify behaviors to improve performance.
• Seamlessly lead and integrate an omnichannel experience with training on available tools.
• Reduce loss through consistent customer service, education, and control.
