Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Michigan seeks a Store Manager (Assistant Manager) to lead daily operations, coach a team, and uphold safety and service standards.

You will step in for the GM during their absence, manage 8–12 staff, schedule shifts, train new hires, and resolve customer concerns to ensure a 5-star experience from drive-up to drive-out.

Base salary ranges from $47,500 to $55,000 with bonus potential; this role offers growth opportunities in a fast-growing car wash company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in leadership or assistant management preferred.
• Retail or fast-paced environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to foster a positive, customer-focused culture.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage 8–12 staff; oversee performance.
• Act as GM during their absence to ensure seamless operations.
• Deliver a safe, clean, 5-star experience from drive-up to drive-out.
• Educate customers on products, memberships, and promotions to boost sales.
• Support daily operations, scheduling, and safety/compliance efforts.
