Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and guide staff.
• Ensure safety procedures and incident handling.
• Greet and assist customers professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints with positive outcomes.
• Maintain cleanliness, stocking, rotation of merchandise and appearance.
• Prepare and balance paperwork and deposits per guidelines.
• Enforce cleanliness, grooming and uniform policies.
• Display merchandise to promote sales.
• Adhere to laws on tobacco, alcohol, Lotto and Powerball.
• Monitor cashier, vendor and customer activity and report theft.
