CHS Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to join our Cenex Zip Trip location in Bozeman, MT. You will lead daily store operations, guide staff, and partner with the Store Supervisor to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will apply strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills to meet safety, cleanliness and customer service standards, while driving sales and maintaining store standards. This full-time role includes overtime opportunities and schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in Retail/Retail Merchandising/Customer Service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Prior team lead or leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and guide staff.
• Support Store Supervisor with overall store performance.
• Ensure safety procedures and accident handling protocols are followed.
• Greet and assist customers, maintaining exemplary conduct.
• Maintain cleanliness and inviting appearance of store and merchandise.
• Balance paperwork and deposits when required.
• Enforce company policies and local laws relating to tobacco, alcohol and lottery sales.
• Monitor cashier, vendor and customer activity and report discrepancies.
