Job summary

CHS, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Cenex Zip Trip location in Bozeman, MT. You will help manage daily store operations, lead a team, ensure excellent customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role offers full-time hours with overtime, scheduling flexibility and opportunities for growth within a collaborative, energetic team environment at store 46 in Bozeman.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service.
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage in a fast-paced store environment.
• Strong communication, math and computer skills for store operations.
• High school diploma or GED; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction, training and assistance to team members.
• Maintain a high energy, fun work environment while delivering strong customer service.
• Greet customers, assist with inventory browsing and checkout.
• Perform cashier responsibilities and issue receipts.
• Display and organize products for easy locating by customers.
• Maintain store appearance and restock merchandise.
• Order merchandise and track inventory as assigned.
• Authorize gas pump payments and monitor loss prevention.
• Maintain safety culture and follow policies and PPE procedures.
