CHS Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Cenex Zip Trip location in Bozeman, MT. You will support store operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a $1,000 retention bonus, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for internal growth. This full-time position involves a 45-hour work week with overtime as needed and a focus on safety and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction, training and assistance to team members.
• Create a high energy, fun work environment while maintaining professional customer service.
• Greet customers and assist with shopping needs, guiding them to products and at checkout.
• Handle payments, issue receipts and balance cash register.
• Display and organize products for easy access and replenish stock as needed.
• Maintain store appearance, dust, clean and restock shelves.
• Order merchandise and track inventory as assigned.
• Authorize gas station pump payments and monitor for loss prevention.
• Promote safety policies and report hazards or unsafe actions.
