Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Cenex Zip Trip location in Bozeman, MT. You will contribute to store success through strong communication and management in a fast-paced environment, assisting the manager with all store operations.

This full-time role offers overtime pay, a 45-hour work week across five days, and schedule flexibility. Candidates should have 3+ years in retail and related fields, with strong English communication and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction, training and assistance to team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Cashier responsibilities including accepting payments and issuing receipts.
• Display and organize products for easy shopping.
• Maintain store appearance, dust and restock merchandise.
• Order merchandise and track inventory as assigned.
• Authorize gas station pump payments and monitor loss prevention.
• Promote a strong safety culture and follow safety policies.
