Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales analytics, KPIs, and inventory management.
• Ability to drive sales and manage business performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficiency.
• Lead by example with high standards of professionalism and policy adherence.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, deliveries, shipments, and store organization.
• Generate and maintain store reports and communicate with HQ on trends.
