The role emphasizes achieving sales goals and maintaining a Showroom Ready environment.

You will develop plans, supervise staff, and implement training programs while promoting the company’s values and ensuring profitable operations across the store.

Qualifications

• High school education plus at least 2 years of college; Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of related retail sales experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient PC skills with Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including sales, inventory and cashier functions.
• Develop effective plans and programs to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Take exceptional care of customers.
• Promote store internal programs for additional revenue.
• Ensure sales floor is “Showtime Ready.”
• Implement retail training programs to ensure employees are fully trained.
