Beach Bum Tanning is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations across our busy salon environment in Greenvale, NY. You will drive guest service excellence, exceed sales targets, manage schedules, inventory, and train a high‑performing team.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of sales leadership and 2–3 years of management experience, with a proven ability to motivate staff, maintain brand standards, and deliver a polished, welcoming store experience. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership experience with a strong sales background.
• 2–3 years of management or supervisory experience, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• 2–3 years of successful sales experience.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; on-call support required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in the tanning/spa industry is a plus.
