Qualifications

The Store Manager’s leadership, presence and engagement is critical in supporting the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals and drive growth through all aspects of the store, including sales, merchandising, and talent development. In collaboration with the Petaluma Store Leadership team, the Store Manager’s goal is to develop, engage and inspire teams at every level, cultivating a high performing team that meets or exceeds goals. The Store Manager will work a retail schedule to command their store location during the highest traffic hours of the day and days of the week.
