Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field preferred.
• Retail management experience at a store with equivalent sales volume.
• Minimum 5 years Assistant Store Manager or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing a lumber yard, warehouse or sales teams.
• Strong leadership through increasing responsibility.
• Strong understanding of technology and software.

Responsibilities

• Problem solve at a high level with solution-based thinking and mentor teams to improve.
• Manage financial performance and key operational metrics including sales, shortages, and margin.
• Develop sales and budget strategies to maximize profitability and forecast labor needs.
• Drive a strategic vision and outcomes to maximize sales and profitability.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure a safe, profitable environment.
• Lead and develop Team Members, fostering a high-performing, engaged culture.
