Friedman's Home Improvement in Petaluma, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Petaluma location, driving sales, merchandising, and team development while upholding Friedman’s values.

You will mentor a diverse team, optimize store operations, and partner with leadership to execute store strategy, aiming for top performance and an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field preferred.
• Retail management experience at a store with equivalent sales volume.
• Minimum 5 years Assistant Store Manager or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing a lumber yard, warehouse or sales teams.
• Strong leadership through increasing responsibility.
• Strong understanding of technology and software.

Responsabilités

• Manage financial performance and key operational metrics including sales, shortages, and margin.
• Develop sales and budget strategies to maximize profitability and forecast labor needs.
