Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8 or more week Store Leadership Training program and mentorship from our Panda community to develop your career. Candidates must relocate within 50 miles, work a flexible schedule (opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays), and be Serve Safe

Qualifications

• Must be able to relocate within 50 miles
• Flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations for a single location, hire and direct associates to achieve financial goals
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program for onboarding
