Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to set you up for success, along with mentorship and support from our Panda community. This role requires flexibility to move within 50 miles and a dynamic schedule, including may

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to hit financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop store team through training and mentorship, driving performance and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in the 8+ week Store Leadership Training program provided by Panda Express.
