Buff City Soap is seeking a Store Manager in Cabot, AR to lead a team and deliver the Buff City Experience for every guest. You will supervise makery operations, staffing, training, scheduling, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand standards while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage fast-paced, high-volume shifts with integrity.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach employees to provide amazing client experiences.
• Follow up swiftly on client concerns and issues.
• Maintain a positive example and calm demeanor during high volume periods.
• Drive company metrics by implementing training and programs.
