Buff City Soap is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Cabot, Arkansas. You will help oversee daily Makery and retail operations, drive sales, and deliver a client-centric experience that reflects the Buff City brand.

Ideal candidates have management or sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for training and leadership. This full-time role offers opportunities for advancement and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• College education preferred but not required.
• Management and/or sales experience preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Skilled trainer, motivator, and leadership qualities desired.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the Makery in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in creating a client-centric experience and achieving sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and clean Makery environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Manage stock of raw materials, finished products, and supplies.
• Generate sales reports and assist with revenue and expense control.
• Support Store Manager and work five days per week with a 30–45 hour schedule.
