Buff City Soap Franchise in Cabot, AR is seeking a seasonal retail team member to deliver friendly, efficient service, engage with customers, and help maintain the Makery and retail areas.

You’ll handle product recommendations, meet sales targets, and collaborate with teammates in a high-energy environment. This seasonal role runs through late December with opportunities for growth and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and treated professionally.
• Engage with clients, build relationships and understand their needs as a client.
• Make recommendations for products.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task between product production and client flow, engaging new clients on arrival.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced, upbeat environment while following company policies.
